OUTBURST
Located on Seattle's Pike Street Hillclimb, a goddess like Pele or Persephone awakes from sleep under the city. Her hand erupts with Cedars and flowers and releases Eagles and martins symbolizing her love set free connecting deep earth to sky and stars.
